With over 20 years of experience as a Personal Trainer. Working with clients who want to improve their health, fitness, stamina and strength. Clients who have specific medical conditions, who are in cancer rehabilitation or need to exercise to support their mental health.
As a Somatic Movement Coach, I will help you to get an understanding of what inhibits your training or exercise causing lack of progress. Regain awareness of your movement, enhancing your health and well-being.

Somatic practice is the missing link in movement education and healthcare based on the work by Thomas Hanna.
The technique used to restore voluntary sensory and motor control of muscles is ‘pandiculation’ rather than stretching. Releasing blocks and tension in the muscles. It teaches you to get out of pain or restrictive movement.
